Optimizing Outcomes: Applying the Bobath Clinical Reasoning Framework to Enhance Activity and Participation in Children with Disabilities
A Talk by Kelly Reynolds (Physiotherapist, Company Director, Children's Therapy Services)
About this Talk
This talk will explore the Bobath Clinical Reasoning Framework (BCRF) and its application in pediatric practice, focusing on how this framework helps identify and prioritize the multiple, and often complex, factors influencing activity and participation in children with disabilities. Attendees will gain insights into using this framework to enhance decision-making and develop more effective, individualized interventions that support children's overall development and quality of life. I will present a clinical case study to illustrate the Bobath clinical reasoning cycle in practice.
