About this Talk
Thermal comfort is reported as one of many factors of concern for sleep of people with neuromotor and neurodevelopmental conditions. There is a wealth of sleep, circadian and temperature science to share and translate to clinical practice for clients’ optimal sleep. In this session we will be guided by the SleepLinks ‘Sleep Comfort Map’, with some case studies to illustrate an evidence-informed, contextual & practical approach to this aspect of sleep support.
