About this speaker
Hello, I have a private life, professional life, and 'geek' life background in what I am talking to you about today, but describing it all gets very long winded and just makes me feel old. If you're curious my social media profiles will give a very accurate glance at who and what I am, and my LinkedIn profile details most of my professional life and is most useful as an archieve of all my publications.
So instead here I will tell you that I grew up on a boat, that I now live in a town that has no road names, no house numbers, just tired and bemused delivery drivers.
I live with my husband and HIS pets, as well as my two boys, one is autistic (like his mother - and also the UK's youngest published author with his fantastic book My Mummy is Autistic) the other is severely neurotypical but we love him all the same and with the right support we are sure he will thrive just like his neurotypical father!
